The work product "Key to Mobility" of the Key to Mobility Partners, including but not limited to sounds, images, and written and aural materials, shall remain the sole property of the Key to Mobility Partners, who reserve all copyright and intellectual property rights to the Key to Mobility Training Partnership. None of the aforementioned materials shall be used or reproduced without the written permission of the Key to Mobility Partners.

Key to Mobillity Partners respects the users' right to privacy. Personally identifiable information is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user. This information is used to deliver requested items and enable use of the "Key to Mobility Training" product. Key to Mobility Partnership does not rent, sell, or otherwise make available to third parties the personally-identifiable information collected without your express permission.
